does this vibrate your rear view mirror and front windshield a lot? I drive on highway to work about 60mph and the way I have mine set up is terrible with vibration.

no sounds then either? I just am trying to fix the issue with mine. Just vibrates really bad. I do have a little bit of sound with the roof rack but not too bad.

i don't have sounds from the light bar, the fairing, nor do I have any vibration. there is normal wind noise, and i put those plastic inserts all over my prinsu cross bar grooves (almost all that don't have something in them) and that quieted down the overall all rack wind noise, but it wasn't terrible to begin with.

Do you see how I have the light bar bolted to the princu cross bar instead of the fairing? do that instead and see how it goes.
if you don't have the brackets for doing that (I can't tell which you have) they are here:

    https://cbioffroadfab.com/product/prinsu-light-bar-mount/

Maybe this is what you have already...then you just need the hardware to attach to your prinsu cross bar.

I can't tell very well but it seems like your light bar is mounted a little low anyway with that configuration...so that the fairing blocks a bit of the light.

Yes I think it’s vibrating too from how low it is. I am gonna have my dad help me and do it where you have it. I have the prinsu mounts for light bar. Also what plastic inserts are you talking about? And where do I put them?

in ever fricken groove that is unused on the the prinsu rack cross bars! lol. depending on how many cross bars you have its a lot. it basically plugs that groove...maybe overkill i don't know but it reduced wind noise for me. i think you have a different bigger problem with that mount method...change that mount and i think it will solve a lot of your problems. i'm trying to find where i ordered those plastic pieces from, pretty sure it was a thread here on taco world, but i'm not finding it right off.

Yes like I have it. If you think about it, it puts the mount closer in to the nearest anchor point, thus less/no vibration. Use two bolts like I did and the bracket allows for onto the cross bar.

Did you resolve the vibration? I get it driving over 70 mph. But it’s inconstant.

Quoting your old post to say thank you - my idiot self is running a Rigid SR 40” and I mounted the brackets to the crossbar the window deflector is attached to and couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get the light bar to sit up higher

When you bought the light bar did you need to purchase separate mounting brackets?

just saw this. i believe i did, it was some time ago. i heard that they changed the brackets for the worse though, but I could be wrong...just something I heard. But maybe they just needed to be flipped around. I know the guy at Heretic reached out to me to get photos of my brackets and I think he was going to show them to Prinsu/CBI I think.
