Adrian, is it possible to replace all the bushings from the 158505 05-UP Tacoma Multi Rate RXT Leaf Pack w/Add In Leaf with OEM Toyota Bushings or aftermarket Poly Urethane like these:https://www.energysuspensionparts.com/8.2116

You’re tech services couldn’t answer, only told me the part number for the bushings you use, RB-294. Of which I could not find any specs or useful information online.

I’ve had the Stage 9 Kit now for around 10,000 miles and I’m getting a high pitched squeak over bumps and lot of noise when the rear end is flexed or pushed down. I can definitely see rubber shearing off the flange of the bushings. Leads me to believe this is the high pitched squeak, metal on metal. I can’t reproduce the sound unless I’m driving.

Is this an installation error on my mechanics part? A defect? Or are these bushings just not meant for long term use?

It's difficult to figure out what the cause is I can tell you that the Tacoma RXT springs have the same dimension eyelet as an OEM spring. So an aftermarket option that is intended for an OEM spring will work.
My opinion would be to gray wheel the lip of the shackle on the inside. Perhaps there's a is sharp edge on the shackle that is cutting into the bushing when articulated. I imagine disconnecting the eyelet to take a good look at it will give hits as to what happened and how to prevent it form happening going forward.

Adrian, I was hoping you could help me out with a list of all the parts I’ll need/you recommend for doing a rebuild for my Stage 9 kit on my 2018 Tacoma.

I’m in Ohio and there are no Icon certified dealers near me. The truck is my daily as well and it’s not feasible to send them in to Icon for service.

I can do most of the work on my truck, but suspension far above my skills. I did find someone near me who is willing to do the rebuild and has the experience. Unfortunately he is dealing with quite a bit of business right now. I was hoping to help him out by getting the parts direct from you myself.

Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
