Just checking here - Toyota dealerships are worthless for advice.
My stock 16" wheels are shot, so I'm thinking of buying OEM [not from Toyota] 17" wheels and tires. Should I have any problems with clearance/rubbing/etc?
At Toyota they want $520.85 per wheel for the 17". At Autorimshop they list what looks to be the same [listed as OEM] wheel for $150. Is that even possible?
Any input along these lines would be much appreciated!

Also - anybody have experience/opinion on Weston grill guards?
How about affordable sheepskin seat covers for bucket seats?
    Thanks guys!

Since Tacoma’s come with 16 or 17 inch wheels and tires you will have no issue work fitment.

If you are not lifted 265/70/17 will work out just fine.

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
Look for some used wheels, guys on here almost give the OEM wheels away. $500 per wheel is a joke, check out SCS wheels for a little more than $200

Why are your 16 inch wheels shot? If it is just surface damage, Plasti dip them in the color of your choice and enjoy the savings.
