I used Armor all back when i was 16 as well and into my 20's but slowly discovered that I no longer liked the "wet" look to the dash/plastic parts and it attracted dust. I moved onto Meguiars for a while and switched to 303 in the past year and sticking with it for the foreseeable future. I also use 303 on my tires, favoring it over the cans of tire shine i have in the garage.

Great video! Looks like 303 failed. The ceramic coat did far better that the others.

I've seen people get away with using tire shiner. I used it on my pro grille and it kept it shiny for a few days with no negative reaction.

Loved this comparison. It is important to note that 303 (one of my absolute favorite products) is a protectant, not a restorer. Key word. If you start out with trim in good condition, 303 is possibly the best product to keep it in good condition, however in my experience, yes, it does very little to 'restore' faded plastics and rubbers. On a 2020 Taco, religious use of 303 will keep the black plastics looking new for years.

I’ve been using “Back to Black” from Mothers. I’ve been happy with the results so far.
