15 tacoma 4x4 dc swaybar size?

    So I saw a few threads on this but no mention as to where they measured the swaybar. Now the problem is I see this silver sleeve on one side of my swaybar bushings. I measure it at 40mm. Yet the rest of the sway bar seems to be 30mm. What do you make of this?
