I’m getting ready to buy a set of tires.
My TPMS Light has been on for years. One of more of the sensors are no good.
I don’t care if the light is on, and I don’t want to buy new sensors.
All I want is a reliable valve stem that hold air. (My OE stems are 13 years old)

    What are my options?

Can I keep the Non-workin TPMS and just use a “rebuild kit” and call it good?
Yes, I know this won’t fix the sensor, the kit is basically just an O-ring, a seal and new lock nut.

Or is there an aftermarket option?
Can I just use old style rubber stems?
Or would metal stems be better?
    If this is an option?
