this is exactly the setup I’m wanting to run. Still stoked on this ? Did you regear your truck for the 288/75s?

It lasted about 8 months, then I bought a set of 16x8 wheels with -12mm offset, I just happened to click onto the SCS blems thread and found a set of 5 in the style and color I wanted.

I have also regeared to 4.88 and a must IMO if you go up in tire size for both off and on-road capabilities.

Thanks man. Sold this truck a while back unfortunately. I do miss this one. I had 3” Toytec lift coils up front with billstein 5100’s all the way around and an add a leaf pack in the rear.

Do the 1" BORA spacers require stud trimming?

Well these just shipped today. No stud trimming required. On a zero offset 8.5" rim with 275s. Aftermarket front bumper and SPC UCAs. Expecting a CMC will be in order but stance should be great.

older post, but did you already have your fender trimmed when you installed the spacer? putting my 35's on this Saturday but I doubt I'm going to clear my fox reservoirs. I have 1 in bora spacers coming in a week or two. Wheels bs with spacer should be around 3.2.

Just some generic eBay ones. @TacomaDad18 is or was running them when I took them off the truck. No issues with them.

Thank you So Much for this reply.
This is what I’ve been scouring the threads for.. Seems like for days.
Seems like everyone puts the 1.25” on but with my kickout sliders, like others have mentioned, would probably just bash into the rear fender after kickout instead of the tire.
    -
I have the same setup with stock suspension (for now) and the same Falken Wildpeak 265/75/16’s and can’t wait to have the side fender protection and slightly wider traction.

    Thanks again man

No problem man! I just replaced those fallen a with another set of the same tires. Still love the spacers and the set up. I’ve got about 60k miles on the set up with no complaints.

    2018 sport checking in-

    stock wheels/tires/suspension

put 1.5" KSP spacers (WITH extended lugs) on about 250 miles ago. Haven't taken off-road to explore rubbing in those scenarios but nothing is rubbing at full wheel lock currently.

Really loving the visual stance enhancement -

also the more I drive it the more I'm loving the stability from the additional track width. I finally don't feel like I'm going to flip the truck taking a corner at modest speeds.

Long term I'm probably going to look into some wheels that replicate the same approximately -8 offset without spacers but for my budget for now these are an awesome mod that I am very happy with.

I would not have trusted the standard lugs however, they did not grab enough thread for my comfort. definitely get the extended lugs.
