I have been searching for smoked headlights and have seen a lot of different options. Does anyone know the best ones to get in the $300-500 range? Also, in pictures with them on their truck (mine is charcoal)

I have a set of practically new non smoked up for sale. You could do the tint mod to them easily!

It’s illegal to smoke out your headlights . Plus you won’t be able to see shit at night . The stock oem lights are not the greatest and u want to put a tint over them ? Just get some after market head light assembly if you want a different look .

    Welcome to TW!

If you wanted to get tinted lights buy the whole housing from carid or somewhere else. If you really want smoked lights go for LED so you can see a little better. If you live out of town and do night driving, I wouldn’t suggest it.

Check this out, he does BHLM, lots of pictures, you can do it yourself, or use that 300-500 budget to have them done for you if you don’t feel up to it. And you won’t diminish your already subpar light output. Also does retrofit for improved performance, but that’s not in the 300-500 range you asked about

just just throw LEDs in if you get smoked housing. Any headlight other then aftermarket will take a hit because they are not the quality of OEM. Paying money on a mod that actually makes my vehicle preform worst doesn’t sound too appealing

Black them out yourself. You lose no performance at all and it costs less than 50 bucks between the paint and butyl to seal them back up. Here's mine:

    Smoked headlights(black over the top
Lens) is not recommended. It is not to be confused with smoked “internals” which are fine
