The turn-around was around 8.5 weeks. Brandon is great and responded promptly to the million queries I threw his way. Incredible, I do get many compliments on Brandon's gear - the bumper guard and side stepper. Sweet!

normally i'm not one to jump on a hype bandwagon, but this one is well deserved and i'll second the nomination.

to condense a long story. I first started harrassing @HeadStrong Off-Road and Marie back in I wanna say March or so about suspension. My order started off as just F/R coilovers and shocks. I must have sent at least 30 emails before placing my first order bombarding them with questions.

With a long wait time due to production issues and COVID interference, I was prepared to wait. But then I did some damage to my truck, and it went in the shop. At this point, I decided to change up my order and include add more things since more work was being done to the truck, and Marie was able to help me out with what I needed (but only after another 20 emails or so with me asking even more questions). Even stayed a while after normal business hours so I could drive up after work and grab my parts.

Stellar company, stellar service, would buy through again/10

 

Thanks for the response. I ordered a set of bed bars with the basket 14 weeks ago. Just waiting. Im confident in their gear, just seems like a long wait.
