I'm getting all my ducks in a row (read - waiting for them to arrive) to do the ultimate headlight upgrade, I have both dielectric grease as well as Ox Guard. I understand the difference between the two and I'd like to add a measure of corrosion protection for the harness connections. I'm leaning towards using Ox Guard sparingly at the connections. Would I be correct in doing this? If so, in what situation would the use of dielectric grease be appropriate?

I didn't want to tag this on the end of The Ultimate Headlight Upgrade thread to hijack it and make it longer.

Complete transparency, yes, I'm reading the entire thread then rereading it.....
