Selling a pair of OEM tail lights from a 2018 OR. I had them smoked by a local restoration shop, and they're a nice black color that still allows light transmission from std bulbs. No chips or broken anything. Minor scuff on exterior of passenger light, for which I blame myself. Seems like it would buff out no problem.

Looks great on any truck going for blackout look (cement in particular). Just a little too dark in reverse for me at night. Willing to ship.

Located in Bozeman MT. Local Sale $250, shipped $275.

How much do these diminish light output? I have the meso stage 1 with vled triton bulbs so my taillights are pretty bright
I live in Va i know ill get pulled over but i still like these
    Were they painted or wrapped?
    Thx

I put deAuto LEDs in for my reverse lights and still wasn't getting the light I wanted. I'm not sure about those Meso bulbs, but I was finding that the license plate lights were the brightest thing on my screen when I put it in reverse at night. I ended up using the brake lights to help whenever I needed to back up in the dark.

They're painted. I've had them on the truck for the better part of 2 years and never an issue getting pulled over, but I live in MT.

OP, don’t know what route you ended up going, but if you aren’t afraid of cutting up a set of lights, I’d recommend doing the black taillight mod or btlm. Gives a nice look to the light but doesn’t diminish taillight output and leaves your reverse lights intact. I’ve done a couple pairs now and am running them on my cement taco. Anyway, glws!

All you gotta do is wrap them in smoked tint, < $20 for a roll of Vivid vinyl or 3M and you're set. You guys are going the complicated and expensive routes for tinting your taillights. Sorry for thread jacking.
