    Only if it gets noisier than it is. The coupling wears down over the miles. The "recommended" oil change interval is 100,000 miles. Unless you get in there sooner.

    Changed the oil today in my SC. Only got about 4oz out of it. The drain port is not in the best position and you kinda have to fish the tubing you are using around in there to find the bottom. Got about 4oz back in, so we should be all good to go.

    Thanks for the write up OP. I've got this on the list of things to do while in quarantine.

    I had grand visions of doing a bunch of things from the tuning thread but I'm just going to keep it simple and focus on maintenance instead. Selling a Wideband gauge and an oil gauge in the classifieds if anyone is interested.

    You wouldn't, unless you plan to downsize your pulley for additional boost.

    The Couple Swap Kit comes with RTV Silicone. The directions in the images below is where i get confused. When the directions say “small bead of sealant” is that the RTV Silicone (Gasket Maker)?

    Anyone have a clue how to get the bolt out of the tensioner bottom that has the 2 pulleys on it ? I got the bolt to back out to where I can see no threads and now it won't go back in or back out. I heard the bolt drop/shift during the backing out and all the stuff is slightly loose but won't come out.1006201935.jpg

    Does anyone have experience with Job Bond Performance? link below for s/c rebuild. They are only charging $825 for a rebuild, while superchargers online is asking over $1200 (+ $1k more if rotor replacement needed) That's stupid high price and I could outfit my garage with all the tools and more to do it myself at that price. $825 is more reasonable, but still a little high. They also sell a rebuild kit with all bearings and what not needed, sans rotor, for $420. Strongly thinking about just doing that. Found many shop presses available at Harbor Freight for $1-200.

    If that definitely includes new rotor blades then that’s not a bad price I think. Very handy to know cause there is no one here in aus that I know of that do it
