Yeah. The fam just doesn't get the joy of windows down. Hell, the last couple years that we had a convertible, there would be arguments summer and winter about going topless. Too hot / too cold. Never a just right. If I was alone, it was down unless it was raining hard enough for me to get wet. Probably 200 days per year with it down?

Cold air is denser, and has more oxygen per volume that warmer air.

You're essentially getting the benefit of very very slight forced air induction.

Sounds like you need OV Tune, pedal commander, and a regear STAT

2001 Saab SE 5MT. Killer motor and a solid build. Power just going to the wrong wheels.

Haha! That torque steer does get annoying yes.

Those look like fun cars, never drove a swedish car though. Usually i heard not so good things about them.

Sounds more like a split personality disorder. But I’m looking too into it.

I’m really clueless about these “usual” issues you refer to. The only difference I have seen outside temperature to make is a very sticky clutch when it gets below 0F.

Was wondering that myself, i dont have any of those "usual" issues. I do have a very slight diff whine that you can barely hear, does not bother me one bit.

Welcome and congrats on the truck! The truck learns how you drive! Drive it like you stole it for a couple months and it will seem like you have a lot more power.

The saab was good neighbor's son still has it. The torque steer as fun also. The problem was the traction circle and weight shift. Not enough of one and too much in the wrong direction of the other.

I routed my exhaust into my intake so the temps are stable. Huge upgrade over stock.
