My 2020 Tacoma was recently hit by a driver. My Tacoma was parked in reverse and was hit in the front driver side bumper. My whole truck shifted out of the parking lane. When i drove my truck, it was shifting to the right and there seems to be some vibration when going 10mph. Im not sure if the axle is bent or needs an alignment or if the frame is bent. Anyone know, from prior experience or employment, if the frame is bent?20200918_224627.jpg 20200919_110103.jpg

No one on here will be able to tell you definitely one way or the other. Take it to the body shop

From those two pictures, all anyone is going to be doing is guessing. Either climb under and take some pics of the frame or take it to a body shop and have them look it over. They will take measurements that will tell you exactly. Rather than us keyboard warriors guessing or telling you from their experience and similar situations.

Im gonna say yes, if so, it will most likely be repairable.

With those pictures, it would be as accurate as asking how much gas is in the tank.

This keyboard warrior is gonna say no but maybe yes. I'm 100% behind the "take it to a body (or frame) shop for measurements" recommendation. If it's bent it's also possible it's not kinked and can be straightened. Could be a bent control arm or steering, damaged wheel, etc., e.g. any number of things.

Thanks for the replys. I'll be taking it to the dealership for an estimate. Hopefully it's not too damaged.

Parked in reverse. Reading. Is fun. Sounds like a manual transmission, because. Well. I park in reverse too

I think he means backed in to the parking spot if you observe the first pic.

Looks like a lot of plastic broke off, I'll say the frame is fine (don't take my word for it).

Doesn't any one on this forum have insurance?

Call the insurance company, file a claim, have an appraiser come out and look at it. Since it was parked at the time, it's 100% the other driver's fault.

Pics of both sides would help, would show how much if any flex in the body.
