I just programmed a new key and fob to the truck since it only came with one set. I used one of those programmers from eBay to program the key and did the normal sequence for the fob.

now I notice that my key icon in the center stack is flashing while I’m driving. I’m using my original key and fob. It looks like it flashes twice, then pauses flashes twice again and Repeats.

Did I mess something up while programming?

I've read it, but I dont understand what its saying. It says the 2-2 is from trying to register a key that is already registered?

I guess I will start with disconnecting batter for 30 seconds...

After some more research, and much longer thread a few pages in, i think I just need to cycle the key 10 times. I will try that this evening. Ending this thread and will post in that other one if there are any more issues.
