Yea I was playing around with the brightness when I took that pic. That was about 2 ticks until it was maxed out, I adjusted the brightness back down so it doesn’t look as bright now.

Thanks guys. Those little covers are pretty cool. Simple stuff, a bit more refined. I will give the extra two to my son in law as I have an Access cab. I love how Amazon sellers have clean lists of fitment............not.

Raising the rear only makes sense if you're a midget.[/QUOTE]
If you are short legged like me(not a midget, just a little vertically challenged) then raising the rear makes sense. It takes the pressure off of the back of my legs. I just raised the rear of the seats with some 1/2" thick SS nuts and longer SS bolts. This also allows a bit more room underneath so I can install a big capacitor to supply the 4x channel and sub amplifier project I'm working on.

I got the adapters from etsy….

    https://www.etsy.com/listing/787871...f=sr_gallery-1-4&organic_search_click=1&bes=1

    And the lights from Amazon...

    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YFN78XM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They took a little force to get it installed correctly. I'm thinking of taking the lights out and trimming the plastic edges but maybe not....I'm the only one that will notice that they are not perfect. Overall I'm pretty happy with them. They just have a little rough edges on the plastic and the instructions were terrible. Just watch youtube videos for the install. I put them in the injector fuse so they are on when the truck is on.

Someone does, but I don’t remember who. They came out one month after I pulled min off, painted them, and put them back on.

when installing our Scheel Mann seats, I asked the installer to raise the passenger seat (where my 5’ 5” wife usually sits) high enough, both front and back just so I could still fit, I’m 6’ 5”. Wouldn’t have needed to if Toyota would sloped the hood. They must think an absolutely flat hood means a tough truck. Give me a break...

Yeah! And the Hilux has a nicely sloped hood, which must mean it’s a lousy truck could used that when off-roading

Pretty sure he removed the front seats and the armrest off of the center console.
