    Paulaner on the left, mine on the right. Though mine still has some clearing to do, I can't detect much difference in taste between the two. Mine is 100% Pils malt, so it's a bit lighter. A smidge of Melanoiden malt would add some depth and color. I'll try that next year.

    I’m not normally huge on fruit beers, or light beers, or light fruity beers but when I was in CO I came across this brew. Absolutely fantastic.
