3rd Brake Light replacement Torque Specs?

    I looked at all the 3rd Brake Light leaking posts, but didn't find any torque specs for the re-installation of the replacement light? If anyone knows this it would be a great help, don't want to overtighten it.

    Hand tighten, but also use clear silicone or another sealant. I used clear silicon for my Meso 3rd brake light. No leaks "yet".
