My Total Chaos upper and lowers are in need of some new bushings...easy fix. While I have them off, was going to clean them up somehow...some chips and dings turning to surface rust...suggestions on the best approach?

Thinking media blast them and cerakote grey again...or just hit the spots with a wire brush and steel-it over the entire arm...

Is it best to media blast the entire arm and then coat? Any reason not to just spray with steel-it over current finish?
