I currently just bought a 2020 manual double cab tacoma and am looking to upgrade tire size from 265-65-r17 to 265-70-r17. Yes I know speedo will be off but was wondering if anyone has noticed any difference in power and how much worse fuel economy would be. Thanks

I haven't noticed a loss in power, but lost around 1-2 miles!

Power and fuel economy difference will be negligable as will as speedo inaccuracy. Your talking .5 of an inch. Not a big deal.

If efficiency is a priority id stick with the stock size.

Well my original toyo 265/65/17” tires that came with my truck I got 400 miles on a tank from the dealer to home 795 miles then within the week upgraded the tires to 265/70/17” toyo R/T tires now 300 at best on a tank but it looks so much better FYi
