    Lol is it really that exciting?

    My bolognese sauce, noodles, ricotta mixed with a mozzarella, parmesan blend, extra oregano, red pepper, garlic. 3 layers and then top with extra cheese to broil at the end.

    The bolognese was standard, but minus celery and I think I added some dry 7-pot pepper to kick up the heat slightly.

    I'm never consistent in my meat choices. I used beef/turkey in my bolognese and just seasoned the hell out of things.

    It needed to set more before I cut into it, but I was super hungry and didn't want to wait.
