Looking for feedback on the Snugtop Outback cap

Hi Everyone, I tried using the search function (I promise) but all it returned was strings about Subarus.
I'm thinking about getting a SnugTop Outback cap, but man are they expensive. About $5k with features and installation.
I like the 60/40 doors, as it would make it easier for the family dogs to get in & out. Also, I like the look of it.
That's really the only reason I'm considering this cap, and I'm having trouble justifying the cost.
Just wondering is anyone has used one and what their feedback is either way.

Interested as well... I like the look and door idea but frequently use my tail gate as an impromptu table. the cost has me searching the 2nd hand market.
