Eh I bought it. Seemed like the right thing to do. BTW there is a rolled 2018 double cab OR at a yard here in Spokane I checked out the other day. Pretty toasted but I got the center switch panel out of it and the rear end looked ok. The engine *entune system is still intact as well

Last time i was at spauldings they wont let customers onto the yard,told them what i need and they went to look alone

A lot of yards won't let you just roam the aisles anymore, mostly due to insurance reasons I've heard and to combat theft. People taking parts off vehicles that are popular and stashing them in a different make and model to come back for them later, or just pocketing small items.

Used to be they'd ask what you were looking for, and they'd say "they're over there down at the end of row blah blah" and off you go. Now they either have it pulled already or they send someone to go check it out.

 

This is in Spokane valley I can give you the number and address. Much smaller than Spauldings. Guy brought me right back to the truck and let me pick through it

Wow really? I havent been to a junk yard since i owned a jeep (go figure) and its been like 8 years. That is a lot more convenient I suppose

I have three of these guys. No rust inside or out and they have newish gaskets. $30 ea?

 

Has anyone sold their OEM floor mats after buying after market? If down the road I wanted resell this truck, would not having the OEM floortmats affect resale value? How much should I ask for slightly used OEM?

 

I gave mine away to a forum member, but $40 for a like new set sounds reasonable. Not much value, as aftermarket is vastly better.

 

Are these Wavians or what brand? Do they have pour spouts? I’m interested in one, maybe two.

 

Not sure, they’re fairly old. No pour spouts, I lent one out and it never came home.

 

Pretty sure those are military surplus. Flip them over and they should have the branch and year of manufacturing stamped on the bottom. The fill spout can be bought on Amazon for cheap.
