RCI Rock Sliders Install Tip

    I don't know about anyone else, but the front 2 bolts on the 3rd Gen RCI Rock Sliders are a HUGE PITA to get on. Especially the very first bolt. I don't know what fancy tools other people use for this, but I made my own after welding the nuts to the half-moon spacers. That made it 1000x easier to install.

    @RCI-Offroad You guys should weld the nuts to 4 of the spacers in the hardware kit for your sliders. You weld them on the inserts that go into the gap for the bottom bolt of the brackets. Why not do it to these?

    I don't know if SnapOn makes a long enough wrench even.

    I pretty much have a fisher price tool set and did it just fine.

    Do you have incredibly skinny arms that can reach into the frame? Because that might work! I guess I'm just too swole. :p

    My wife could reach the closer one, but she's only 4'13".
