New front end suspension needed possibly 2-3 inch lift kit

I recently got an 02 TRD prerunner that has collapsing front coil springs and the bushings on the front struts are starting to sag as well, probably a 2.5inch wheel to fender gap difference between front and rear wheels. I'm looking for a replacement on both the strut and coil spring as well as look into up to a 3 inch lift since I have it apart. I need recommendation for new coils/struts that either restore stock ride height or come 3 inches taller, i'll also need recommendation for lifting the rear, which feels like new it just needs to match the front lift. On a budget, what brands kyb? monroe? bilstein? moog? Very little off-roading but my commute roads are very rough, thanks everybody
