Found a bunch of posts on the front, but not the rear.
Which I don't get, because 'Taco lean' tilts the whole left side, front and rear.
Supposedly the front can be fixed with 1/4" spacer (pick your brand) or replacing body mount bushings with new poly ones.

    What about the rear?
Was going to do an Add A Leaf (already picked up AAL and new U-bolts) but now pausing to figure out a Taco lean fix to install at the same time.

Already installed a spacer up front and it helped, but rear still tilts to the left.
Is everyone just putting a spacer or shim underneath their rear leafpack?

this guy put a 1/2" shim

It’s fixed on front left - at least that’s what I was advised and did by Headstrong Off-road

Best advice about the lean is learn to live with it

Alcan leaf springs come labelled left and right, to correct the taco lean. Just sayin...

heard about Alcan but haven't looked into what they offer
I just know people say bad things about OME medium duty Dakar leaf pack ($600) and to spend more on Icon leaf pack ($1000)
but for $1000, am trying to avoid that for now (maybe one day later if winning the lottery) and just putting an $80 AAL kit for 1.5-2" lift (anything helps)

    Ah yes the taco lean...
Most folks say it's more noticed after a lift, and that a 1/4 spacer on front left fixes the lean, even to the rear. I'm guessing that since you've already done the spacer your leaf springs are just sagging on the driver side more due to the gas tank being on the left. I'm guessing if you replaced the leaf packs the lean would be minimized in this case. AAL might fix it for a while but it would probably end up sagging with the same amount of lean over time.

Alcan makes custom springs, for a specific weight of your vehicle and height of lift you would like. Pricey, but the product and service are excellent.

I’m in the same boat, front is dead even and the rear is off...the wheel gap is noticeable.

leaf pack is brand new TSB pack

well I guess that means the many spacers on the market for front strut don't exist
and that the 1/4 Toytec $20 spacer I currently have in my front left strut
    does not really exist

    nah

gonna check my Toytec 1.5-2" AAL that's probably the same Deaver/Wheeler's part supplier that everyone uses. I doubt it's left and right. Probably the same on both sides.
Truck probably requires either a shim/spacer block of certain size with correct length center bolt and U-bolts, or new body/cab mount bushings.

they say not to re-use hardware. I might put the new AAL with old bolts, to drive gently and give it time to settle. Which may or may not require wheeling hard.
And after that measuring to determine what spacer to get, to go back in there.
Because it seems to translate into bigger lift. Like a 1/4 spacer up front translates to 1/2" of lift FTG.

If you have coilovers you might be able to raise the LH side up enough to compensate. I have my LH side coilover cranked down about an inch more than the RH side and it evened it out just about perfectly. The better option would probably be to put a spacer on the rear LH side to compensate.

Gas tank is the reason it slants in the rear.

    Driver/battery is the front sag.

The yellow text is Toyotas spring, yellow is drivers and is actually stronger but still sags.

Only fix is aftermarket springs. Shims work for appearances though.

    None thus far
I have the same issue on my 2017 TRD Sport. Has anyone tried to duke it out with Toyota over this? The sag on mine is slightly in excess of a 1/2 inch in the rear. I have not measured the front yet
