Mini VCI Cables, is there any horseshoe cloned avail? are copies with 2.0.4 better than 1.4.1?

Howdy,
Im about to buy a mini VCI cable to program a new key. My questions for the mini VCI cable experts are, is there a true horseshoe clone even available for sale and if so from where? if i have to buy a cheap clone, is there any features the cables that have firmware 2.0.4 can do that the cables with firmware 1.4.1 can not?

 

I really don't have an answer, but I have one of the older 1.XX versions and it does everything that I know to do with it on my 2012 Tacoma and my wife's 2010 Highlander...

 

thanks for the input bro! my main goal is program a key, but if i can buy a cable that does more at the same time, its a no brainer. with the older cable, any issues programing a key?

 

No issues at all. It should do what you need.
