Secondary air filter removal, 3" complete O.M.E. set up with 885 coils, rear TSB + toytec add a leaf, TRD offroad wheels with 255/85/16 BFG KM2s

There is a single owner 08 TRD 4WD, crew cab, 4.0 manual transmission for sale near me that looks to be in really good condition; however, the mileage is at 247,000. Adult owned, highway miles to and from work. Asking 11k, opinions??? What is a reasonable expectation of mileage on these trucks before significant repairs / maintenance are required?
