Hey all, first time (long overdue) taco truck owner - coming from a 2003 Honda pilot to a 2013 white Tacoma SR5 long bed (first truck too). I'm in Denver, enjoy playing in the mountains and looking forward to more trips with the taco. :) I'll search the forums, nut if anybody can point me in the direction of Denver Tacoma club discussion and recommended mechanics that would be awesome. Looking forward to learning more about Tacoma's!

Welcome. Be sure to check out the regional threads. There will be some posts in there about some local shops but I have used ATLR, Slee and RSG before(just depends on what you're looking to have done).

Thanks! I took the 2013 Tacoma for a maiden voyage up Cottonwood pass and Cottonwood lake trail last weekend - amazing fall colors up there right now. :)

It drove well - has 132k miles, previously owned by a kid that used it for ski trips had maintained by Larry Miller Toyota in Boulder. Looking forward to taking care of it and building it out! :)

Thanks so much! Previous owner took it to Larry Miller Toyota in Boulder, but that's a bit far for me in Denver. I typically avoid dealerships for maintenance as they are typically more $ than local mechanics, but appreciate the recommendation.

Yup, but the dealership you know it’s done correctly with OEM parts,

Dont cheap out on an expensive truck trying to save 50.00
Unless you can do it yourself

You will find out that OEM parts are critical for reliability with Toyota
and there’s no shortage of fake OEM parts for sale every where and low quality parts for sale a lot cheaper
