Diminished Value Specialist

Hello, I wanted to answer a question about Diminished Value and your rights to any person who ask "Am I entitled to get Diminished Value after my car has been damaged in an accent and repaired? The answers is yes and this includes cars, trucks, Mobil Homes, Motorcycles and anything else that moves on the highway or roads.

Yes, in some states it is the law the Plaintiff is to be paid Diminished Value after the vehicle has been repaired for that loss of value.
In CA it is the Law but like many states people are told there is no law for loss of value after an accident as long as the vehicle is repaired, all lies.
I have stood before 8 court room Judged explaining the Diminished Value, and prove that loss of value, structural damage if any and why the vehicle can't be made whole.
If you were in an accident and the vehicle was repaired you are entitled to get the loss of value as two Superior Court Judged has stated "Any person knows a vehicle in an accident then repaired is not worth the same as one not in an accident" as well as cause Buyer Beware.
You are entitled to get Diminished Value and in CA the law states it so don't let it go by you have 3 years to get it, it could be 10s of thousand of dollars in your pocket.

I am a Diminished Values specialist but no I was not advertising. I was attempting to give some good honest information about Diminished Value.
Too many people get ripped off by Ins Co who owe to them their loses when they should be paid for it. I have recent started helping the general public
normally I work with law firms in CA, AZ and NV.
My company name is not up there, I just used what I do in hope to help other and but when I work for anyone I do charge for the services.
