After 11 years and 98000 miles trouble free with my 2009 black SR5 2.7L Auto 4x2 access cab, I bit the bullet and traded in for a new one...

That is not my rubber on the pavement, I am far to old. Just so happened to stop here and take pictures. I will update the thread as I add some accessories, just some functional stuff.

    Funny story:
I was sitting in my new truck getting acquainted with it while parked next to the old one. I had been at the dealer for about 50 minutes and someone was looking it over. He got a price before I left. Still parked where I had put it on arrival, untouched by the dealer except for plate removal.

Congrats on your new truck! That pic of your 2009 shows you sure do take good care of your stuff. That truck is clean! (Assuming the pic of your 2009 with the fog lights is your "last pic" of the truck)

Thanks and Yes, that was as I left it at the Toyota dealer. Note that it had been in a garage for it's entire life. This really assists in keeping it in good order.

@vinnyvavoom Congrats on the new truck!

What wheel and tire size did you have on your 2009? I have a 2015 2.7L and I am trying to improve the look of the truck. Thanks!

you have no need for my wheels sir. yes, they were/are stock size wheels\tires I bought 3 years ago. Keep it Simple. The ones (summer wheels) on it in the pic were as well. they were Elbrus rims I bought back in 09.

My buddy has a vacation home in VT, 4WD very helpful plus I can now tow or load my Motorcycles for long trips I could not do with the little one. PS -no payments, if I couldn't pay for it, I would still be saving.

So I received and installed my Husky Mudguards and Tyger Auto 5 inch Nerf Bars. Waiting on the bug deflector and tonneau cover.

    Almost done making it mine...

Visible additions: Husky Mud Guards, Tyger Auto 5in side step, AVS bugflector2, Tonneau Pro tri-fold hard cover
Hidden additions: Toyota Bed Lights, Console organizer tray, Glovebox divider.
Transferred from old Taco: Bed Mat, Dashcam
Left to do: Power tailgate locker (on order), Window deflectors (waiting for new car smell to fully dissipate), maybe my old devil horns as a hitch cover?

Congrats on the new sr5. Was looking at that bug deflector, and wondering if it rally works. Got a lot of bugs up here in the very nw corner of ct to deal with reason for asking. I had one on my tundra for stone protection, but it was basically useless.

Assuming not too many bugs right now? I had one on my old taco and it seemed to help although I seldom dealt with large bug volumes. For sure, it will not deflect all bugs but if it does 10%, is that enough? I can say that I had very few hood chips on the old Taco. Of course I seldom ride behind any vehicle that is prone to kick rocks.
