I just tried your latest map. I do like the first gear snappy-ness. ETC mode I tried out shifted through the gears waaaay quick like I was concerned. I couldn't notice anything different being in smode.

I increased both control and expected airflow tables by 10% which I feel increased the throttle response. I left it at 10% because I wasn’t sure how just these tables couple be increased.

Well even though what I had in mind was a fail, I did learn something from it. I went back to the normal throttle limit values and copied them all back into the S Mode values. Including the gray values. Then I matched all the lower values to the gray values until the sections where the lower values were higher than the gray values. I left those alone. I did this for all 12 throttle normal, and S Mode limit maps. Definitely an improvement over what I had as far as snappiness is down low, just from raising those lower values. I'm going to hold off on my other thoughts until the 17th and just enjoy what I've got so far. I'm really quite happy but always yearning for more. Maybe @OVTune can drop us a few hints as to what maps we should be looking at and how to adjust them accordingly. I'll be going back to my last signature and changing those tunes to what I'm running now, as to not falsify some kind of trifecta tune. I'll call it: MooseDitty_superf+gl. Really the only difference between this and the previous signature is a touchier initial tip in. It is a notable difference.

Those are the values for the upshifts I don't remember the downshifts. Those of course are the values that are entered not what your truck will actually shift at

Perfect. The touchier initial tip in is what I am looking forward to! Once I see your signature updated I'll download it and go flash it.

On 10/1 one of the things I did was increase my Acceleration Throttle Request to Airload by 25% on all but last 2 columns and smoothed 450 to 650 only.
Then on 10/10 when I changed the torque to 5k I also made the above table linear; an even increase from bottom to top.

My mpgs have actually gone up one since the 10th, and I'm not easy on the pedal either. Loving it.

Ok nice! Are you able to Select and up everything by 25% or did you do each box? I can’t seem to figure out how to mass up the map by a %. I have been playing with mine and got back to 20mpg with adjusting air load and request.

I added your throttle changes to my tune.
Definitely a more sensitive throttle. A lot like the old 19770 tip in. Seems like everything else still works fine. I’m good-for now.

Yes I just selected the range and hit * on the number pad on the keyboard. If you're using something other than a standard keyboard someone many pages back had a workaround for it.
20?!?! With those big ass tires and whatever else you have? That's pretty damn good. I'm getting 19 which was where I was at before the winter fuel blend hit so I just gained that back.

EDIT You select the range and hit * on the number keyboard like I mentioned, a multiplier window will pop up, and you put in 125 to add 25%

Can you post a pic of this table?

Also, for those without a numpad, Ctrl+Shift+8 is how you multiply.

Just drove 50 miles on the regular octane version of your tune but ran it only in D. Firstly, I wasn't expecting the tip in but it was a nice surprise. Acceleration was solid with my heavy truck ll the way to 80. Living in Texas with up to 85 speed limits in places will make this very useful. Overtaking was quite effortless and it never dropped into such a low gear where the rpms jump to 5k. It held the gears as good as I've seen it but still downshifted a little. Shifting was smooth.

I'll try S mode on the way home and report back later tonight

    Sure thing, here you go:Screenshot 2020-10-15 180516.jpg

Also for anyone interested that's running premium, here's a repost of all the changes I've made.
    Base tune is 04B04_Premium_Stock_35
These are cumulative so my current tune "test 3" has all these in it

    Test 2 10/1/20
ACIS Activation RPM High Engine Speed – 3400
Control & Expected Airflow per OVTune
Accelerator – Acceleration Throttle Request to Airload
    - All but last 2 columns *125
    - Smoothed 450 to 650 only (Ctrl+I)
Throttle Management – Throttle Limit Normal Gear
    - Gears 1-6 (except last 3 values) *125
    - Same for S gears 1-6
Primary Shifting Upshift Schedule 1-5 *115
    Primary Shifting Downshift Schedule 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 *115

    Test 2 Addon 10/3/20
TC 3rd Gear S2 – set all to max
1st Gear Throttle Limit – all to 100
1st Gear Throttle Limit 4 High – all to 100

    Test 2 Addon 10/8/20
TC 4th Gear S2 – set all to max

    Test 3 10/10/20
Acceleration Throttle Request To Airload – CTRL+I / made Linear
Torque Calculated Base to Full Throttle – all to 5000 from 4000

Jeez, this thing hauls ass in D-mode. I only went on a 20 mile drive, but it was a really fun drive. I figured I'd try ECT, but I'm guessing that ECT switches back to the original 2.0 base tune, because it got more sluggish and the tachometer would only get up to 6,000 rpm. Whereas it gets up to 6,500 rpm or higher with your tune in D.

As long as it keeps shifting smoothly, this is my favorite "performance" tune so far (basing this off of my experience with 1.05 performance and 2.0 19800). I know that we're not supposed to make too grand of conclusions until after a few hundred miles, but at the rate that people are changing and trying new tunes, I wouldn't doubt if this tune will be "obsolete" in just a few more days.

did this last weekend on 04B14 for MT and turned out to be the golden tune... finally in the zone. btw, also tried ctrl-I on the ARA table and it wasn't so great. more here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...tion-throttle-request-to-airload-atra.689760/

Yeah my truck is very awake now. Fun all over again. I CTRL+I'd the expected airflow table in my first run but it didn't work so well either. On this acceleration table it's working pretty good so far.
