Just want to thank all who went before, all who I served with, and all who have and will follow.

Anyway, It's a message stating that all of you, past, present and future, regardless of branch, race, religion, creed, or anything else are all my brothers and sisters.
Just rang very true.

 

Except the Coasties, they are sort of second cousins

Now let the ragging begin! We'll excuse the spelling by the Marines, punctuation by the Soldiers and cohesive thought by the Sailors. Airdales are by definition smarter and better looking than the others.

 

And better at coloring.

I speak as a USAF VET -- and Viet-Nam combat vet. If your comment is anything but a "joke" -you DESERVE to be chastised for your lack of taste towards any VET!

Well, also a USAF vet and a combat vet, heck I got the ribbon to prove it. Heck look at my thumbnail. Those things went out of service around '75. Of course it was a joke. Perhaps we need a sarcasm/funny emoticon.

 

The services have always had a good-natured rivalry going on. Only time it gets out of hand is in the bars during liberty. Someone needs to lighten up.
