Towing converter box under dash 2011 Taco?

    What is this box with white connector going to it? 2011 TRD off road.

    I’m looking for the trailer brake wiring plug-in on factory harness. I thought I had towing package as I have heavy hitch and 7 prong plug. Maybe no such luck. I want my 98 Tacoma with supercharger back!

    Found the plug after many searches, and thanks to this forum. Still wonder what a “towing adapter” under dash is. Whatever. Thanks all.
