she is doing really well. Hit a month today and she’s really starting to grow and be more active for a lot of the day.

Caught rain all the way through and past Albany. About half way here, the rain stopped and then it was clear.

Took the Tacoma to Danbury this morning , on the way home it happened , my truck developed a mechanical problem.

What a way to end the morning .

Managed to limp home and investigated the repair that was needed.

Repair took ten minutes to repair.

The left front turn signal light was dead. So off to O Rielys two new bulbs $6.00.

Ha Ha.

While i was in the repair mode i also changed the right bulb also that way the bulbs will have the same burn time going forward.

One thing to check on your truck is the plug was slightly discolored due to the heat of the bulb so when i reinstalled the new bulbs i also used some Di Electric grease.

If you figure that if the bulb was only used as a turn signal the heat would be much less, but i use the Day Time Running light all the time so the heat in the bulb is more .

No melting of the lens .

How I HATE the Newburgh section on 84... That stupid bridge always fucks shit up.

Lost about half an hour or more on the way home today because of all the traffic.

 

Go amphibious - build your truck to go under the bridge.

Hey all!!! Had a hard start thur on my truck, then the check engine light came on. Got an oil change the next day at Toyota and asked to run the code, it was a camshaft sensor. Anyone run into this? I didn’t wanna pay the diagnostic fee to figure it out totally, cause I have a warranty from the dealership I bought it from. They had lots of trouble starting it also, as have i since. Today I tried calling the dealership to see about getting it looked at and fixed. This thrned into quite the fiasco since it is a mopar plan, 4 year 48k mileage. No one wants to honor it at the dealership. There is even a Toyota dealership they own in rhode island and they sId they can’t because it wS bought at the didge dealership. I’m gonna lose my shit if the dodge place doesn’t call me back tomorrow and honor this plan that I paid for and have paperwork for!!! Such bullshit.
