netflix and ps3

How does netflix work with ps3 via a wireless connection? Pretty stable?

 

been using it for about 6 months now and I havent had a problem. Loads quick and plays the movies smooth without any lag or skipping most of the time. Anytime there has been any lag netflix sent me an email and credited my account. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

the silverlight plugin I installed on my pc gives me ability to watch movies on my laptop Correct? I don't have to download anything on my PS3 to watch movies?

 

I had to download the netflix app on the ps3 for it to work, before it just ran off a disk. Not too sure on the plugin for the laptop.

 

Should work fine on wireless like everyone says. I don't use it on my PS3 because I just stream it through my Tivo. But that is wireless also and works just fine.

Once you get a Netflix trial you'll be hooked. I love it. Although I changed my plan to the one out at a time now I wasn't keeping up with having 2 movies at a time they end up sitting around.

 

Same as everyone else has said. No problems and picture quality is better than what we were anticipating. Even my parents/Dad has the netflix streaming and he likes it (believe me, my Dad nitpicks about everything). They watch movies constantly.

 

we need to go out for a while when i come back i am hoping there will be a good movie to stream...

been using it for over a year now and no probs. just make sure youre not to fare away from your router or else it will lag and the picture quality will suffer. there are a lot of good movies to stream but dont expect any new releases. i also started with a free trial and got hooked

 

That's The only problem, you ght get new releases right away, but there's s ton of movie you can stream, and makes it convenient. New ps3 skims don't require u to install from a disc, you just have to sync online by putting password and ur email. Other Than that, its petty straight forward.

 

The streaming movie choices are limited (but getting better).

My husband and I still prefer the blu-ray disc delivery to the house over the streaming.

 

That's been my experience..... streaming movie selection isn't all that great. I've got the 3 at a time plan and use it a bunch !
