2012 Maps won't load

2012 Tacoma Off Road model

Old Man Emu suspension lift, 17" wheels and LT255/80R17 AT tires.

When I select "Maps" under the Apps function the screen says "Loading Maps" but never actually displays map screen for navigation. Started doing this summer of 2019. Worked fine for 7 years prior.

Hopefully just need map software reload or update.
