    Hey there,

I am doing some parts searching for a torson LSD for our 8" front diffs, and came across this Speedmaster part.. Has anyone ever looked into it or purchased one? I've tried searching everywhere for any info on previous buyers or reviews, but had not much luck.

I have seen some other parts reviews from this company and some people are really impressed, and others say stay away..? thoughts?

The only clip I saw was a guy in Aus saying the housing axle bores weren't the right size causing too much axle shaft movement in the case.. It does look well built IMO.

Thats how they are from the factory, wonder if this helps or aggravates that issue. Looks really neat and wouldn't be a bad idea for those who are wary of a locker up front

I know that the Raptor has a Torsen in the front but with low bias ratios ; 2.5 under load and 2.1 coast. Didn’t see those published here and it’s critical for the front. Too high a ratio and the truck will steer like crap

Looks like they have needle bearings (which are a spec bearing so they will have to be a fixed bore size) in the case for the shaft supports.. probably a better solution than just a lathe bored case.
