C load duratracs are relatively light weight and should be easy for your 4 banger to turn

    Zero difference in my v6

I didnt want something heavy like km3’s for similar reasons

I have a 1993 Toyota Pickup that came with stock size 225/75-15 tires that I run 265/75-16 tires on. 12% larger than stock, no issues haha.

If you have a manual transmission even better. (P.S. congrats on having the only turd gen with a good transmission and engine haha).

For frequent long-distance highway trips the benefit of a taller tire is a better final gear ratio and lower RPMs on the highway. You'll be fine, may even be better off.

Ok, thanks. Let me ask you this: if you take gears meant for a 6 speed transmission and attach them to a 5 speed transmission, what happens to that 6th gear? Does it just hang out unused and inaccessible? Any unintended consequence to this?

Did you get the 4.30s off of someone here, or another source?

Thanks for that. The more I learn about the 3.5L the more grateful I am to have the truck I do.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about in the first paragraph. The 4.30s are for the diff.

Got my gears here from someone
