Well, since you start out with a complete lie, your whole point is invalid.
John Moses Browning didn't do most of the design work on the 1935 Hi Power, Diedonne Saive did the major work after JMB's death in 1926.

More ammo, yes I guess if you can't hit what you're shooting at more ammo might make you feel better.

    Better trigger? You're high.

    Safer? Bullshit.

Fabrique Nationale provided JMB an opportunity to head the firearms manufacturing company they named after him. When he set out to produce the Browning service handgun, his first design closely mimiced his masterpiece the 1911. Colt objected the patent infringement they owned on the 1911, and refused to license Browning to use the design or elements of the design. John Browning died 9 years before the design was completed. So no matter how much Browning the corporation pushed the idea that it was JMB's last and greatest design, it was/is simply marketing hyperbole.

The 1935, while a fine handgun in it's own right, it is not an "improvement" it was the next best thing he could produce.
A 1911 is made by most of the major firearms manufactures and hundreds of minor/custom shops to this day.

How many manufacturers make a 1935 clone? None that I'm aware of, the CZ 75 is a similar design.

For some reason this burns a lot of people's ass. They bristle with contempt that anyone would buy a 1911 instead of a polymer 12 lb trigger pistol, that only exists because it's cheap to make and they (Glock) practically give them away to police departments so the ignorant public will "buy what the cops carry"

The Israelis rack and shoot, and do it faster than most of us can unholster. Two schools of thought out there.

Ya that really blows. I have a range in the back of my property (20 acres), as do most of my neighbors. No calling anyone, lol. Hell, Oklahoma is open carry now. Even in the small country school my kids go to, some of the teachers are packing, (had to go to proper training). They had a vote on it. School shooter wouldnt make it in the school, lol. But country schools are different. They are still allowed to paddle the kids, as long as you say its ok. I was very familiar with that paddle growing up, lol.

I like my 9mm and .45 well enough, but man i love that magnum. Really want a .44.

I do like a little longer barrel.

9mm vs the .357, lol. This thing is a blast at the creek or pond too.

I got a thing for long guns too. Pretty good hunting around here, plus too many Coyotes. Keep taking my chickens and cats. Well them and the bobcats. Currently at war with the little bastards. They have no fear.

The Mosin Carbine with the fold down bayonet is a blast, as is the lever action Henry. 6.5 with the bull barrel and Laminate stock is the accuracy winner. But shear fun goes to the prior two. These are all kept in my shop, if you wondering about exposed studs and such

Guys make sure no one ever takes your rights to own firearms away. Sure one might say Canada this or USA that...after all we wish we had your freedoms!...somehow our constitution is based on the British . In the UK until recently not even cops packed guns...

Its crazy. I saw a story a while back about some comedian somewhere over in Europe getting thrown in prison/jail over some joke they made. Couldnt imagine that.

There are too many gun owners in the USA, they'd never be able to remove them, without another revolution, lol. Thats the whole reason it was in our constitution, for our ability to protect ourselves from our own government. Well, one of the major reasons anyways.
