I voted King, but this question is a little like saying Which car is faster the Toyota or the Honda?

Really depends on which Toyota model and which Honda model.

There's Bilstein stuff that will beat the heck out of OME and vice versa.

King and Fox are pretty equivalent, though from what I've heard King has better business practices. Can't say what just remembered reading some drama from Fox higher ups being dicks or something.

    :notsure:

Anything but Rough Country or Tuff County? or Pro Comp, that's all cheap china garbage with 4x4 *OFF-ROAD EXTREME* marketing wank.

In general Bilstein 5100's are probably the best all around ride capability and cost, when it's time to step up, take the leap into Kings, Fox, or Long travel.

I've heard good things about Icon but they seem like the overpriced "Apple" option.

Kinda depends on what you want from the suspension.

You just as well ask "Which cookie is best?"

lol I put in the Rough Country, Tuff Country, and Pro Comp just to have it as a choice. Personally, I’d never buy from them.

Just put the rough country vertex coilovers on my truck and they ride better then my fox coilovers did. I believe the best shocks are king, icon, then these vertex.

    King for the win!

Unless you like squeaks. Icon is king of the leaks and squeaks!

Yeah, I had fox coilovers with remote resi. I didnt have the dampeners but I always thought they rode like crap. I can tell these vertex are the real deal. The guys that installed my lift have been around and seen every shock known to man. They say there is only one shock better and that's king. They swear up and down about these vertex shocks.

You’d have to define what “best” means and you will find no consensus on that. Is it:

    Best value for the money?

    Best performance on paved roads?

    Best off-road performance?

Most likely to hold up over time?

    Easiest to maintain?
