Tire size + lift and possible complications?

    So I am playing with the idea of this lift kit and these tires. In the past I drove lil 2WD Ford Rangers and I would just ask the sales guy at the tire store “what’s the largest tire I can get on there without rubbing”. What kind of issues could I expect with these options? As far as I can tell, these tires should fit the stock wheels.
