    Plot is done, seeded and then covered today, 60% chance of rain tomorrow and supposed to be scattered showers Friday, planning on starting the shoot house Friday.

    I sighted the 6.8 in at 100 yards, I didn’t have a great shooting position but it’s close enough, the final group is circled.


    I also confirmed the .243, it’s slightly left but pretty close (1/2” squares)

    Oh, and we have fresh tracks around the place.

    Saw him this evening. Hunted the last hour of daylight. Sunset was 6:53. He walked in at 7:03 and I didn’t have a shot. Finally moved broadside behind me...right behind a tree. Then it got too dark to shoot.
