Well here is my update finally!

With much help and guidance from @Coma_Overload and an ocean between us. Huge help thanks a ton man!

I have finally finished the install and wiring of the Caliraised 360* roof rack. Took it out on the trails at least 4 times now. The lights are awesome! A huge must especially when getting off the mountain at night.

The 1st picture shows my placement of the switch panel. Drilled through the 1st glasses holder closest to the rear view mirror. Real easy.

2nd and 3rd picture shows the wiring going down the drive and passenger side window and into the engine bay.

4th and 5th picture was the most work of the entire project. Because the fuse box that comes with the switch panel isn’t waterproof barely even water resistant. I grabbed a water tight case and rigged something up to hold the fuse box and use pre-existing holes in the engine bay to mount it. That part alone took me 3 weekends to rig up and complete. But i feel much more comfortable with it now that it’s far less exposed to the elements.

again I want to thank @Coma_overland for his help with my install. His pictures and wiring tips were a huge help in this whole process. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

now...I’m looking to add a pelican case to the roof. I really like that look that other Tacoma’s have. What’s a good one to add? I’ve been eyeballing the pelican 1770 but I’m not sure if that’s to big. What have some of you added? It doesn’t necessarily have to be pelican I just need something water tight that I can put tools/camping gear in. Thanks in advance!
