    I bet it's the AC condensate hose that is clogged. For some reason it seems to be a common issue with a lot of Toyotas. It's pretty easy to check that, just blow air through it from the inside, blowing the air down through the hose so that it blows out the crud. You can also just take the hose out altogether and clean it outside of the truck and then reinstall it.
