    Sorry I should have clarified. I’m new to the Forum but have had the truck for a few months now. Mods so far include 3 lift, Fuel Rims, Nitto 285 Trail Grapplers, K&N Cold Air, pro grille, and raptor lights.

    I know how you feel. My first new "car" was a Dodge pickup. That was a POS that was falling apart as it rolled off the dealer's lot. My second new "car" was a 94 Toyota Pickup, and it was the most reliable vehicle I'd ever owned. When a semi totaled it in 2008, it felt as good as the day I drove it off the dealer's lot, and still had the original freon from the factory. Needless to say, I went Tacoma shopping that weekend while bruised and battered from the accident.

    My 2008 has had one mechanical problem in the last 12 years...one brake light bulb burned out. When this truck is killed, I'll buy another Toyota truck. But until then, I expect to be able to drive this truck for at least another 30 years...lol
