I agree. I want to enjoy the truck, but the ride is pretty jarring. I am seriously thinking about a suspension upgrade to help with the jarring ride. Something like the Fox TRD Pro setup maybe?

    What's the tire pressure?
I'm running 28psi front 31psi rear and have over 400 lbs of bed cap and tools in it.
Rides not soft but not jarring.

It has truck suspension. By design, it will ride stiff. Don't expect a car like ride.

Springs will help soften the ride, but will reduce payload. Shocks handle (dampen/absorb) rebound from road bumps and holes.

Take a look at the tire sidewalls. If the tires are E load range, then you could drop the pressure some.
