I’m going to be doing new valve cover gaskets soon.
It’s so messy now it’s obnoxious. Eventually I think I need to do my oil pan gasket as well, but I can’t tell if it just crap from above or what.

If anyone has tips ahead of time or knows of anything else that I should do on my 365xxx 3.4 that would be a good idea while I have everything open that would be appreciated

Any gasket preferences or other items I should replace?

You might want to add a PVC valve and spark plugs to this list. The 11183-62010 Camshaft plugs (Half Moons) can be cleaned up easily enough so you don't really need them. The 11188-62010 Plugs need to be replaced IMHO since it has a rubber seal on it.

    11213-62020 Valve Cover Gasket $24.09 2 $48.18
    11193-70010 Spark Plug Tube Seal $2.66 6 $15.96
    17176-62040 Plenum Gasket $9.63 2 $19.26
    90210-05007 Engine Valve Cover Grommet $1.08 16 $17.28
    11188-62010 Plug $9.09 2 $18.18
    11183-62010 Engine Camshaft Plug $6.63 4 $26.52
    90480-18001 PCV Valve Grommet $4.28 1 $4.28
    00295-00103 Oil Pan Sealer $11.62 1 $11.62
