What are you guys using to mount your rotopax?
    I have this mount.

With all the holes this load panel has, non of them line up right.
I can get three of them to line up more towards the center, but want it to the side

What are you guys doing to get the the mounts to attach?
I was just gonna drill some more holes if nothing suggested.

Take the backing plate off. You will find that you have more options once you do that. Mine are off to the side. Also check out Justin B. McBride’s YouTube channel. He recently did an install video. https://youtu.be/dJexQbknQ5Q

Do you have any rattle issues with your load panels?

    Thank you Dvogt86,

My mount was the free one they sent. Its the FuelpaX Deluxe Pack Mount. Its all one piece.
So I ordered the DLX Pack Mount.
So I will be able to take it apart and attach the way you suggested. Should be here tomorrow.

Yes, my load panels do rattle, even with the spacers they sent.
It's not horrible, but I hear it often.
I take it yours do as well?
I thought about wedging some foam tape in there to help.

I might try loosening one bar, clamp it all together and then tighten it up and see if that helps.

I don’t have rattle anymore. Here is what you can do. Make sure one bar has the screws tight against the opening towards the side of the load panel. Then loosen the other bar completely. Clamp the bars together (not where there is a void), then tighten the screws on the bar. You will get a little bit of side to side movement, but the highway flutter is gone.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but do you need those wide and flat load panels to mount the Rotopax base? Or can you use angle bar aluminum to bolt on a base instead, the way folks have put their Maxtrax on? Thanks!

Anyone mount a 4 gallon rotopax on their Prinsu without the load panels? Can’t find any images or info on which attachments to purchase for the rotopaxs

Thanks for this suggestion, did this when I installed my panels last night. First drive silent, or at least as silent as the rack was before the panels.
