I own a 2018 TRD offroad Last year I upgraded my speakers to Kickers and recently i noticed that the volume on my drivers side is lower than my passenger side. I used the balance option to put all the sound on the drivers side to confirm and then switched back to passenger side speakers only and the sound is alot louder. I havent paid attention to much until recently when i started using bluetooth music so not sure how long its been going on. I was just checking to see if anyone has any ideas of what might be causing this before I take my door off to tinker around. Figure if someone has ever had this issue before i could fix it quickly instead of taking everything apart.

Does it do the same thing from multiple sources or just the phone?

Swap the speakers from each side to the other to see if it’s a speaker issue or head unit problem .
